Welcome to my blog. Believe it or not, this is new territory for me. You see, I love writing. I teach it for a living. Growing up it was an outlet for me in the midst of my crazy life. The challenge of finding the exact words to express the emotion of a moment is invigorating to me. But I'm finding in life that sometimes words are just not enough. 

So I present to you HANNAH RUTH PHOTOGRAPHY. 

There is a magical time once every 24 hours. It's about 45 minutes or so before the sun tells the rest of the world it's time to rejuvenate in preparation for another day. And in that moment, the sun commands the attention of anyone and anything that will slow down for a second to look beyond themselves and see the beauty that radiates right in front of them.

It is in this golden hour that inspiration breathes life and meaning on me and transforms my photography adventure into a passionate pursuit. I am known to halt a photoshoot just to chase after the most glorious rays of sunlight.
